What the quality guarantee does not cover:
1.User Damage: All of our dolls undergo a rigorous quality inspection before shipment. Therefore, we will not compensate you if you damage your sex doll during use.
2. Used sex dolls: Because sex dolls are private, they cannot be sold twice. Therefore, we do not accept refunds or exchanges for used products.

Please ensure that your order is correct before making payment. If we have already started processing your order and you still wish to cancel it, a 20% cancellation fee will apply. If you cancel before shipment, you will be charged 25% - 80% if the doll is already in production. (This depends on the doll's production schedule.) If the sex doll is already in production and you wish to cancel, you will need to pay 85% of the price. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
